Cleaning at the end of the stay is the responsibility of the tenant, before the inventory of departure.
Otherwise, the cleaning fee of 65 € will be deducted from the deposit.
If you have chosen the cleaning package, a minimum maintenance is still required before your departure: storage of objects, dishes washed and put away. Dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator emptied and cleaned. Empty garbage cans, cleaning of the bathroom and WC.
The blankets, mattress protectors and pillows are provided.

Your arrival is recommended between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., by appointment, your departure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. with a minimum of 7 nights in high season. (June to September)
